Bylaws Public Review Period
The Column Bears are happy to announce that our current elected Admins have drafted and finalized the Column Bears Bylaws. These bylaws will be available for 14 days for review, at which time the Column Bears’ Members will commence voting. Bylaws will pass by a simple majority vote using an electronic means that will be open for 7 days.
Voting links will be posted on our website, Twitter, Facebook Page, and Facebook Group for easy access by members and to notify the public of our open vote.
These bylaws will be used to submit to both the State of Missouri and Federal Government to request our non-profit 501(c)(3) status once ratified. The bylaws will also be the official governing rules of the group.
Review Time: 14 Days (October 15 – October 29)
Voting Time: 7 Days (October 30 – November 6)
